Service Description

This service includes PROGRESS photos for NEW construction homes, updated interiors (if furniture has been added or removed) and a refresh of exteriors! (This service is NOT a full photo session) *Homes between 2,500-3,000sqft is an additional $10. *Homes over 3,000sqft is an additional $25. *Properties 15-20 miles-$25, 21-30 miles- $35, over 30 miles IRS rate round trip.

Cancellation Policy

Our schedule is determined by your photoshoot. Due to an increased amount of cancellations recently, we are requiring at least a 24 hour notice on cancelling or rescheduling. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee unless due to inclement weather determined by the photographer.
