Service Description
This is a discounted package! Contact us for pricing. *This service includes a 2 minute video of the exterior + interior of the property that incorporates drone footage. *This service includes ~30 photos depending on the size of the home. *Homes between 2,500-3,000sqft is an additional $10. *Homes over 3,000sqft is an additional $25. *Properties 15-20 miles-$25, 21-30 miles- $35, over 30 miles IRS rate round trip. *Detailed Interior Shots will be an additional $15.
Cancellation Policy
Our schedule is determined by your photoshoot. Due to an increased amount of cancellations recently, we are requiring at least a 24 hour notice on cancelling or rescheduling. Any shoot cancelled within 24 hours may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee unless due to inclement weather determined by the photographer.
